    I enjoyed its friendly efficient and especially helpful employees.

    I was here for 5 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with a nice view of the city...

    The pillows were great - I want to buy one from you

    The lifts were broken and the lady changing the rooms on level 5 did not know - I waited 5-8 mins before going down stairs

    It was comfortable and clean. Noise was restricted to hardly anything, slept well

    I did not like having to pay 30.00 per day for parking. should be complimentary

    For anyone thinking about this

    The staff was genuinely attentive, and the amenities were excellent, including fast Wi-Fi and a superb restaurant. Chocolate hour at the top floor was the cherry on top. I would return for another visit!

    Great choice for holiday. The hotel was big size with a comfortable location not far from shops a Spark Arena, train / bus stations and Auckland's. Very early check-in and late check-out, parking off site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property

    Perfect spot in the middle of the city. At arrival we recieved an upgrade, stayed in an large room with superb views of the bay.

    Sometimes a little noisy but still very acceptable!

    The bed was incredibly comfortable. The privacy was great and I did not feel pestered by the hotel as can sometimes happen. Great location and hassle free check in and check out.

    The room had only a fan and not air conditioning and as the windows were hard to open (or maybe didnt open at all) it got too hot in the room.

    Movenpick is a great hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet that offers a lot of choices. The location is super convenient, right next to the britomart train station. I especially appreciated the friendly service from the staff.

    the breakfast buffet, very good nicely presented nothing to miss well done

    very loud aircon fan in the room no.802, had to switch it off but the room got after that realy hot, result no good sleep at all for 2 nights. but the secound room, no.318, we booked for our relatives was ok cheers
